Refund and Replacement Policy (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day replacement policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund if it arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide proof of purchase.

To report an issue, please contact us at rentedandsold@gmail.com with your order details and, if applicable, photo evidence of the defect. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Made-to-Order Items (No Returns or Exchanges)
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering errors. Please review all product details and the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at rentedandsold@gmail.com.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
